Christmas and New Year's are always busy times of the year, and this year is no different, but for the Off n Racing Syndicate Members, it's about to get a whole lot busier.
At the Rangiora Trials on Tuesday (19th December) in Heat 5 at 12.00pm, the star of the Off n Racing 2022 Syndicate in SHE'S A MAJOR ACT steps out for her first trial back this preparation.
The Art Major Filly out of A Christian Act was a smart qualifier in August before being put away for a spell by Trainer Tom Bagrie to grow and mature into her big frame.
"She impressed us with her trials last time but still had some growing to do into her frame. She has returned a strong filly with a great presence about her".
"Bette" heads to the trials for a fitness-building run, with eyes towards a debut at the races sometime in January.
She is owned by 84 members of the Off n Racing 2022 Syndicate alongside our Racing Partners: A Few Good Men Syndicate, Davidson Syndicate, S D Edmond, TD Bagrie Limited, Andrew, Kerry & The Bower Syndicate, J Sharp and Mrs J Sharp.
The 2022 Syndicate also has QUEEN OF SWORDS (Robert & Jenna Dunn) nearing a return to the trials, while WHAT A LAD (Tom Bagrie) is also earmarked for a trial sometime in January.
WHAT A LAD has 130 Off n Racing Members involved in the ownership, which could make our friend Ajay Berry from Race Images a busy man come a winning race night.
To continue the busy streak, MAXED OUT (Sam Payne) is recovering from a sickness, but back on track to trial in January, while EYECON (Kate Hargreaves VIC AUS) is lining up at Geelong on Tuesday 19th December in Race 6 at 10.42pm NZ TIME.
