Now here’s the story of this filly, today I’ve headed along to the Karaka Sales with one of our Thoroughbred Trainers Chrissy Bambry and one of her picks of the sale was this cracking speedy Spirit Of Boom Filly.

Chrissy didn’t end up being the winning bidder, but our other Off n Racing Thoroughbred Trainers Wexford Stables (Lance O’Sullivan & Andrew Scott) were.

Anyway, we walk away to look at a few more, walk into one of the food tents here, and I sit down at the table with an open magazine in front of me. I turn one page on the book and it’s an advertisement for Spirit Of Boom.

Feels like a sign to me…Sounds like a good story to tell when she wins the Karaka Millions in 12 Months time.
